The door opens to admit a dark-haired slip of a girl in black. From the look of her, this may not be where she was expecting to find herself. Somebody may want to clear that up.

Belgarath comes downstairs after a mostly sleepless night, only to be greeted by a note that makes him swear under his breath. But there's nothing he can do, it seems, so he takes his bacon and eggs to a booth and eats slowly, trying to figure out a way he might be able to help after all.

His security badge is on display, of course.

This morning, Belgarath remembered two things. One was that it's been about four days since he created himself something to eat, although there's been plenty of ale to make up for it. Belgarath has not heard about the current threat in the bar. He's been locked away, studying, since a rather mind-blowing conversation with one called Dworkin.

Belgarath has vague issues with his security badge. It goes against the fact that he's used to looking like a scruffy vagabond that's about one tankard of ale away from falling over. There's an old man in the bar. An old man who seems to be looking rather smug. Guess who got a job?

The tankard of ale may be there as a celebration. Or...well, it's not like he's never been seen carrying ale around before. Either way, Belgarath's in a good mood and up for conversation.

There's a wolf in the bar, lying comfortably in front of the fire. He's a distinguished looking creature, large and stately, with a silvery ruff and shining blue eyes ( Read more... )

Belgarath. Inna bar. Even though its early there is ale, but anyone watching might notice that he spends more time scanning the room than he does drinking. Nervous times for him.
